I combine nutrition and yoga to work with you to improve your health, mental well-being and to address a wide range of conditions you may be working with.

Your journey begins with a FREE phone consultation to discuss how my work may support your needs.

I am based in Hobart, Tasmania and provide both one-on-one consultations online and in person, as well as small group work.

Yoga Therapy incorporates yogic tools — postures, breath work, nutrition and relaxation practices to formulate a natural approach to alleviate an individual’s physical, mental and emotional needs.

After an initial assessment, we set goals and practices to promote self-care and encourage overall well-being.

Yoga classes for any age and experience.  They offer an opportunity to find balance within your body movement, breath and mind.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (iRest) are regularly scheduled.

BBB is a short course that combines yoga, nutrition and lifestyle practices to give you the knowledge and skills to improve your bone health. It is designed to support people the osteoporosis, osteopenia and those wanting to maintain strong bones into older age.

The movement is simple, the food tasty and it will encourage a life that supports your overall sense of calm.
