 Reviews

“Clare is an open, gentle and generous guide in this quest for wellbeing. I worked with Clare across five sessions (over two months), to which I brought a complex body (chronic illness and trauma) and little understanding of how I had been processing feelings of hunger throughout my whole life. For me, taking this opportunity to develop a better understanding of this relationship between hunger, fatigue and trauma held in the body has been the greatest learning of my Finding Food Freedom journey with Clare. Developing flexibility in the ways I think, feel and process my relationship to food has been both enlightening and nourishing. I found our sessions to be really well structured, nurturing and full of compassion. Most of all I felt safe. Each day now, I put my new skills into practice (as I can). If you’re looking for a supportive guide with real skills and a wealth of experience in the realm of nutrition and yoga-based wellness, I couldn’t recommend Clare highly enough.”

“Thank you Clare for suggesting some new perspectives on food and exercise that have made a huge difference to me in such a short time.”
