A yoga retreat, offering you the opportunty to slow down………………………………………
You can participate in a gentle yoga practice each morning, breath work, meditation walks during the day and yoga nidra as the day end; all to rest and restore your mind and body. Each of the yoga and meditation sessions is beginner friendly and completely optional.
There will be free time to explore the area. It is just 5 minutes from the famous Floating Sauna and a short drive to the Bay of Fires, The Little Blue Lake and the Mirror Lake. You may choose to take a few quiet leisurely moments for a massage or to lounge in the beautiful garden perhaps with a good book.
What is on offer is the opportunity for you to deeply rest, returning home refreshed to step back into your best life.
This may be an experience to share with a friend or to come and make new friends.

Details
Meet around 5pm on Tuesday 27th.
After settling in we shall start with a little movement and yoga nidra, followed by a delicious dinner.
Wednesday 28th
Mornings will start with an hour yoga practice @ 7.00am followed by breakfast @ 8.30am. Around 9.30 we shall journey to the lake where you may walk or have a sauna and an invigoration lake dip. We shall return for lunch, followed by free time to explore of rest. Around 5 we shall return to the mat for yoga nidra followed by another delicious meal and perhaps a little start gazing if a warm summer evening.
Thursday 29th
Again we start with yoga @ 7.00 am and breakfast @ 8.30am. Today we will travel to Mirror Lake for a walking meditation, returning for lunch. The afternoon is the indulgence of free time. Yoga Nidra shall be @ 5pm and a meal together.
Friday 30th
Our final morning shall start with yoga @ 7pm followed by breakfast.
We gather @ 7.00am for our final yoga session together and breakfast around 8.30am before departure. XXXXXXXXXX
